is the creative inspiration of Amani Kaminska. As a Personal Chef and
Caterer, Amani has found that she was drawn to the artistic aspect of
designing and decorating cookies and other tasty treats. Amani gets
great pleasure from working with baked goods and the elements of cake
and cookie decorating.As a child, Amani's mother always gave her
encouragement and inspiration as she watched her mother run her own
party accessory business. The confidence was always there as Amani
explored her career as a stenographer and salon owner for several
years. Throughout it all, she found herself always making special
custom food gifts and theme gifts for those around her. Now it has all
come into place.
